You've taken care of everyone else. You've pushed through, held it all together. The yoga felt too fast. The supplements gathered dust on the counter. The tension and overwhelm are still there. There's another way.
It starts with listening.

I came to this work through my own body

A dance injury gave me the opportunity to slow down and listen. I couldn't push anymore. Instead of surgery, I tuned in. Eventually I could walk again without sitting on a curb in NYC sobbing. And I even got back on stage. I did this again, years later, after nearly breaking my tailbone giving birth to my son.

These forced pauses taught me the foundation of what I teach. The body has a language. I've spent twenty-five years learning to listen.

  • Foundation

    Start on you own

    A self-paced course plus one 20-minute virtual session with me. You'll learn to tune in to what your body has been trying to tell you and build a daily practice you can return to. A grounded place to begin.

  • Immersion

    Work with me 1:1

    We begin with a single session, in person at my Topanga studio or via Zoom. I listen to what your body is carrying and begin to understand the patterns underneath. From there, I design the work specifically for your needs.

  • Retreats

    Practice in community

    Retreats in the canyon, weekly group classes, and seasonal online sessions. Different formats, same foundation: slowing down, listening, and practicing together.
